Entrust is the trading name of the Tyne & Wear Enterprise Trust Limited.

Entrust was established in 1981 to assist small businesses in the North East with advice, consultancy and training, with a view to improving growth, development and sustainability.The organisation has grown and developed in line with the increasing demand for business development and enterprise support in the North East of England, playing an important part in its economic regeneration.

Today Entrust provides assistance for individuals and local businesses through its bespoke services; Financial Solutions, Graduate Business Solutions and Start-up Support.  These services are provided by top professionals and experienced business people throughout the Region, ensuring high quality services are maintained.

A not-for-profit organisation, Entrust's services are funded and supported through National Government and European Funding in order to keep down the cost of these services to its clients.

Entrust is delighted to have recently added Service Network to its range of services available to businesses throughout the Region. Service Network is the independent voice of the service sector in the North East of England enabling exchanges that create the environment for real innovation.
